Karnataka High Court stays oil cos'outlet expansion plans The Dakshina Kannada and Udupi District Petroleum Dealers Association (DKUDPA) has said that the Karnataka High Court has stayed allotment of new retail outlet dealerships by the public sector oil marketing companies (OMCs). Addressing presspersons here on Tuesday, Sathish N. Kamath, member of DKUDPA, said that the petitioner Karnataka State Petroleum Dealers Welfare Association, Mysore had filed an application seeking stay on the moves of three OMCs to appoint retail outlet dealers and rural retail outlet dealers at different locations in Karnataka.
